Veterinary Customer Experience Coordinator

The Pet Vet Portsmouth is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our friendly, well-established team. You'll be the first face customers and their pets meet at reception and on the phone, helping to deliver a welcoming, efficient service.

This full-time role includes on-site training through BVRA CPD, a deskless reception setup, and the chance to discuss Pet Health Plans with customers. We offer profit share, long service recognition, income protection and surgery discounts.
