The Royal Veterinary College is seeking an experienced Client Services Co-Ordinator for our busy veterinary hospital in Hatfield. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the client's journey with us.

Key responsibilities include welcoming clients, processing information, handling calls and payments, and coordinating insurance claims while collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams.
