Veterinary Client Care Lead: Front Desk & Bookings

Village Vet Highgate is seeking a Lead Client Care Assistant to join our busy frontline team. You will ensure five-star client and patient service, manage appointments, handle cash and bookings, and support across the reception and clinical interface.

The role is full-time and permanent, with 42 hours per week and weekend patterns. You'll be a pivotal face of our hospital, delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
