About The Role

Are you a proactive and dedicated Veterinary Care Assistant looking for an exciting new role in the South-West area? Streatham Hill Vets, are looking for a new VCA to join their team to work across our two amazing hospital Streatham Hill and Advanced Vetcare London!

You will be supported by our experienced management team, who will be there with you every step of the way, alongside our Vets, RVN & Support Teams.

This is a Full-Time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with a share of 1:4 weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the vet and nurse teams, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
  • Assist with animal handling and reception duties as needed.
  • Support the RVN & Vets as required, including monitoring low-level anaesthetics.
Career Development
  • Opportunities for CPD and training to become an RVN.
  • Past RVNs have achieved qualifications in anaesthesia, ECC, physiotherapy, behaviour, and diet.
