Our client, a major international player in offshore engineering and construction, is recruiting a Vessel Field Engineer to join their operational workforce.

About the Company: A globally respected contractor operating an impressive fleet of specialist vessels, delivering high-profile offshore projects worldwide with decades of industry expertise.

The Role: Work onboard offshore vessels providing hands on engineering expertise during live project operations. Serve as the critical technical link between onboard teams, shore based engineering, and client stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day to day engineering activities during offshore campaigns
• Monitor operational performance and provide real time technical solutions
• Coordinate with vessel crew, project management, and client representatives
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality requirements
• Generate daily progress reports and technical documentation
• Respond to field challenges with practical engineering solutions

What We're Looking For

• Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or equivalent)
• Practical offshore project experience in installation or construction
• Hands on approach with strong technical aptitude
• Ability to work effectively under operational pressure
• Clear communicator comfortable working across diverse teams
• Available for extended rotational assignments offshore
