Versatile Multi-Trader: Repairs & Reactive Maintenance

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our Direct Services Reactive Repairs team in Birmingham. You will perform a wide range of repairs across our homes, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling.

You'll manage your own workload, work efficiently to targets, and deliver work right first time while keeping residents informed. A full UK driving licence and relevant trade qualifications are required.
