Vero Moda - Mahon Point Sales Assistant

Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited is currently seeking a fully flexible Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Vero Moda store in Mahon Point.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about retail and delivering an excellent in-store experience. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced team environment.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate full flexibility, including availability for weekday and weekend shifts in line with business needs.

Job description: PART TIME Fully Flexible

• This role is a customer service based role - the main objective is the provide exceptional service at all times
• Greeting customers who enter the shop
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Answering queries from customers
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Balancing cash registers with receipts
• Dealing with customer refunds
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
