Venue Operations Leader

Quarters Brighton is seeking an experienced Venue Operations Lead to manage all venue activities in Brighton. Based at Quarters, you will oversee daily operations, budget adherence, and safety, while coordinating with bookers, promoters and production teams.

You will drive customer experience, lead a multidisciplinary team, and develop processes to ensure efficient events. Start ASAP; weekend and evening work required; full-time position at 187-193 Kings Rd.
