Job Description

Away Resorts Sandy Balls is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead a team and deliver a Market Leading level of service across the bar and restaurant. You will role-model excellence and ensure guests enjoy memorable experiences.

You will plan shifts, coach staff, manage stock, drive revenue, and uphold Health and Safety standards. Flexibility to work bank holidays is required to support peak periods.
