Vehicle Test Engineer

We're looking for a Vehicle Test Engineer with hands on experience in full vehicle testing, system evaluation, and fault diagnosis. Your expertise will support vehicle level testing across dedicated proving grounds, laboratories, and rigs, contributing to industry leading validation programs.

You'll develop and maintain Development & Validation Plans, interpret complex data, and communicate findings effectively to multidisciplinary teams. Your proactive approach will ensure the safety, compliance, and readiness of test assets, while optimising operational efficiency across shifts, including weekends.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in vehicle evaluation, diagnostics, and a valid UK driving licence. Experience working in fast paced, evolving environments and a passion for automotive innovation are essential.
