• Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £47,000 based on performance incentives
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

• Carry out vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing adhering to manufacturer standards
• Document all work accurately and ensure completion within specified timeframes
• Provide professional advice and deliver excellent customer service to clients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, promoting team development

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications, such as ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
• Professional attitude complemented by excellent communication skills
