Commercial Vehicle Technician (Split Shifts)
Mercedes-Benz Workshop
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our Mercedes-Benz workshop. This role is ideal for a technician looking for stable, long-term employment within a professional, manufacturer-approved environment.
Working split shifts, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring our customers' fleets remain safe, compliant, and on the road.
The Role
Servicing, maintenance, and repair of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles
Diagnostics and fault finding using manufacturer systems
MOT preparation and general mechanical repairs
Completing job cards and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Working to Mercedes-Benz quality and productivity standards
Split shift working pattern to support workshop and customer requirements
Candidate Requirements
NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Previous experience working on commercial vehicles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
Willingness to learn and develop through manufacturer training
Full UK driving licence
