Job Description
Job Overview Job Advert Vehicle Painter Salary: £54,600 per annum (£21 per hour) with an increase on completion of 6 month probation. Hours: 7am 5pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, prime, paint and finish vehicles to the highest quality.
  • Ensure timely completion and compliance with insurers' strict standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace to promote quality and efficiency.
  • Use RPE and PPE appropriately and at the correct times.
  • Accurately match painted panels to the vehicle's original colour.
  • Apply the necessary amount of paint to achieve optimal results.
  • Inspect finished paint jobs and polish as required.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a high pressure environment.
  • Meet mandatory targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of vehicle painting experience.
  • In depth knowledge of vehicle paint processes and techniques.
  • Strong team player, willing to support and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Capable of completing tasks from start to finish within mandated timeframes and to a high standard.
  • Self motivated, works well under pressure, and manages high work volumes.
