At Wilsons, one of the UK's leading family-owned motor retailers, we're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Vehicle Organiser / Service Driver to join our busy team.

This is a varied, hands on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in their work and likes working with people. Every day brings something different - from moving the latest new cars and prestige used vehicles, to delivering customers' vehicles after servicing and helping keep our dealership looking its very best.

You'll become part of a friendly, supportive team where everyone works together to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Your day could include:

• Driving a wide range of new, used and demonstrator vehicles around our dealership.
• Collecting and delivering customer vehicles for servicing, MOTs and repairs.
• Keeping our forecourts and vehicle displays organised, safe and looking their best.
• Preparing vehicles for display by ensuring pricing and presentation standards are maintained.
• Cleaning and vacuuming vehicles before they are presented to customers.
• Supporting our Sales, Service and Vehicle Preparation teams with vehicle movements.
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting any damage or issues.
• Delivering outstanding customer service whenever you're interacting with our customers.

What we're looking for

You don't need previous motor trade experience - we're looking for the right person with the right attitude.

You'll be someone who:

• Enjoys driving and is confident behind the wheel.

• Has a positive, enthusiastic and can do attitude.
• Is reliable, organised and enjoys keeping busy.
• Can work well independently and as part of a team.
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Is happy working outdoors throughout the year.
• Is flexible and willing to support different departments when needed.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but isn't essential, as full training will be provided.
