Salary: Up to £42,000 per year (Depending on Experience ) Hours: Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDSHoliday: 28 Days (Including Bank Holidays)

The Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a "proper" technician who is confident handling all aspects of mechanical repair. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Specialist Mechanical Work: Confident replacement of Clutches and Cambelts.
  • Diagnostics: Fault-finding and troubleshooting using modern equipment.
  • Brakes & Safety: Precision work on braking systems (utilizing premium components).
  • Servicing & MOT Prep: Delivering high-standard maintenance across a wide range of makes and models.
  • General Repairs: Handling exhausts, batteries, suspension, and welding when required.
  • Efficiency: Working independently to manage your own workload to a high standard.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: You must be an experienced Vehicle Technician (Level 3 preferred).
  • Technical Skill: Proven ability to carry out Cambelts and Clutches independently.
  • Mindset: A reliable, honest professional who takes pride in "doing the job right."
  • Team Player: Someone who fits into a close-knit, friendly workshop culture.
  • License: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
