Job Description
Vehicle Damage Assessor

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are costed accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth site operations and maintaining our reputation for high quality customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Producing accurate estimates and invoices to meet repair timelines and partner SLAs
  • Managing repair costs and ensuring profitability
  • Supporting the site with assessments, total loss cases, and repair methodology reviews
  • Ensuring all work complies with BS10125 standards
  • Liaising with customers, insurers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless process
  • Identifying and reporting any losses or issues that impact quality or margin
Qualifications
  • Strong technical understanding of body & paint repair
  • Proven experience in vehicle estimating
  • Confident using Audatex, Glassmatix, and related systems
  • Familiarity with E-scribe, Ezi Methods, and Glass's Evaluator
  • Audatex Gold training or equivalent experience
  • ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve it)
  • A team player with a can do attitude and a solutions focused approach
  • Organised, methodical, and customer-service driven
