Eligibility

Ideal for candidates with a strong interest in legal drafting, investment transactions, and regulatory compliance within the VC/PE space. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with startups and engage in the legal aspects of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of investment deals

  • Work in collaboration with startup teams and legal advisors
