VC Growth Counsel - London Transactions Leader

NACBA is partnering with a global venture capital fund to recruit a mid-level Legal Counsel for its London team. The role focuses on advising on venture capital and growth investments from start to finish, working closely with the investment team and external counsel.

You will also support the General Counsel and senior operations on broader legal and strategic matters, demonstrating strong drafting, negotiation, and autonomous transaction leadership in a fast-growing environment.
