VAT Partner - London

We have a Partner-level role within an established VAT practice. The position has been created as part of a longer-term succession plan, with a clear intention that the successful individual will take on responsibility for leading the VAT offering nationally over time.

It's a role for someone who wants to play a central part in shaping the direction of the service line, rather than stepping into something already fully defined.

The firm is large enough to offer complex, high-quality work, yet remains partner-led and accessible in how it operates. As part of an international network, it provides exposure to cross-border work and a broader client base, without the layers often associated with larger organisations.

The VAT team is well established, with a client base spanning international VAT, fintech, real estate and broader corporate work. There is a solid platform in place, providing both scale and opportunity.

The role itself is both strategic and commercial. You will lead client relationships, contribute to the growth of the VAT practice, and play a visible role in how it develops. It's not about maintaining an existing position, but about building on what is already there.
