London Top 10 Firm Clear Route to Partner
I am working with a Top 10 firm that is growing its VAT offering and looking to recruit a strong VAT Director or an exceptional Senior Manager ready to step up.
A highly commercial VAT Partner has recently joined from a Big 4 firm and has already strengthened the team with some key hires. They are now looking for someone who can help drive the next stage of growth, develop client relationships and win new business.
This is more than just another VAT role. There is a clear route to Partner for the right person, with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the team.
The wider tax practice has a number of specialist offerings, and the VAT team works with a great mix of clients, from FTSE businesses and large multinationals to household names, entrepreneurial businesses and privately owned groups.
Who are they looking for?Someone commercially minded, confident with clients and who enjoys winning work as much as delivering it. You will need strong VAT experience, excellent relationship building skills and the ambition to help grow a practice.
Experience across financial services, property, supply chain or multinational businesses would all be relevant. The key is being open to a varied client base and getting involved in business development.
