Being the go-to person for HMRC interactions and compliance matters

Handling VAT registrations and HMRC correspondence with confidence

Collaborating with international offices and navigating cross-border complexities

Contributing to strategy, marketing, and team growth

Spotting opportunities to cross-sell services and add real value for clients

Mentoring junior team members and helping shape the future of our VAT practice

Playing a key part in monthly VAT huddles and firm-wide initiatives

ATT/CTA qualified, or equivalent hands-on experience

Strong technical VAT knowledge with a commercial mindset

A passion for problem-solving and staying ahead of industry changes

Bonus points for experience with international VAT or other tax areas

Great communicator - confident, clear, and client-focused
