Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm) Location: Tipton Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing team in Tipton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term stability and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking in goods and managing dispatch operations
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Driving a Luton van for local deliveries when required
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
• Conducting regular stock counts and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence
• Experience driving a Luton van
• Clean, full UK driving licence
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate with basic IT skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
