Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well established building services company, delivering first class maintenance across premium commercial office spaces in Vauxhall, Richmond, Twickenham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
• Maintain up to date service records via a PDA based maintenance system.
• Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site specific protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
• Mechanical bias, with basic electrical knowledge.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
