This role will focus on:

• Strategic Value Stream Production Leadership: Manage and optimize the end-to-end value stream from raw materials to finished products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Operational Excellence: Champion lean methodologies to unlock efficiencies, minimize waste, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operators, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and growth.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Cost Management: Develop and execute strategies to control costs and achieve financial targets.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on KPIs to identify operational improvements and drive business results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure unified operational efforts.
• Customer Focus: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Lead resolution of production challenges swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Innovation and Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for long-term operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee and optimize production processes for both ASPECO and WM Pump Assembly.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage and mentor supervisors and operators; lead cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Control production costs within budget.
• Measure and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Address production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Develop strategies for process improvement and operational excellence.
