Value Stream Leader, Contact Lens Manufacturing

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (Ireland) Limited is seeking an experienced Production/Engineering Manager to lead a Value Stream that produces contact lenses. You will collaborate with Quality and Engineering to deliver GMP-compliant, cost-effective manufacturing and drive continuous improvement.

Requires a Production/Engineering Management Degree and at least 10 years in production leadership within a high volume setting, with a proven record of developing people and achieving performance gains.
