Value Realisation & Adoption Leader

Haleon is seeking a Value Assurance Manager in the UK to lead adoption, behavioural change, and value realisation across the CDS Value Pool. You will work with Customer Growth Office, Product Delivery and Enterprise Transformation Office to forecast and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include defining frameworks, monitoring benefits, and ensuring data-driven decision making with cross-functional teams across markets. Strong analytics and ROI skills are essential.
