Valuations & Modelling Senior / Manager, Paris

We are seeking a Valuations Senior Consultant or Manager to join a fast-growing Financial Advisory team within a dynamic and collaborative environment in Paris. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about corporate finance, valuations, and working directly with clients ranging from start-ups to large listed groups.

As part of the Valuation Services department, you will support clients in understanding and measuring the value of their assets-be it companies, intangible assets (brands, technologies, contracts, etc.), or financial instruments (such as BSA, ADP, stock options, etc.).

Your role will include:

Performing valuations in various contexts:

• Transactions: price negotiations, independent valuations, management packages
• Legal and tax reorganizations
• Accounting: impairment tests, purchase price allocation

Actively contributing to engagements, including:

• Conducting sector and market research to define valuation parameters
• Performing financial and strategic analysis to understand business models and assess business plans
• Building robust valuation models (DCF, multiples, option pricing models)

About You:

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) as well as English
• Proven track record in Valuations, including exposure to impairment tests and purchase price allocation
