Vaccination Senior Nurse

Band 6 £41,608 - £50,702 per annum

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum

37 hours per week

Permanent Post

A vacancy has arisen within the Vaccination team, the post holder will have responsibility for ensuring operational clinical procedures and processes are developed and implemented as part of the Vaccination service within NHS Western Isles.

The post holder will be responsible for responding to routine and occasionally complex clinical vaccination queries, occasional delivery of education and training, and contribute to improvement measures to support the safe, efficient and effective vaccination service delivery to a range of people, in a variety of settings, across the Western Isles.

The post holder will collaborate with colleagues to ensure equity and access to care to all those eligible for vaccination across NHS Western Isles
