Vaccination Data Administrator (Band 2 Equivalent) Location 
Wrexham or Llanfairfechan (Office Based)
Assignment Length1 September 2026 - 31 December 2026
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
SalaryBand 2 Equivalent Rate (PAYE) £12.71 - £12.93/hour
About the RoleWe are seeking motivated and detail-oriented administrators to support the Integrated Vaccination Service with a targeted data entry project. Successful candidates will be responsible for accurately inputting vaccination records onto a national immunisation system and providing general administrative support to the team. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately input vaccination data onto the national immunisation system.
- Process information from both paper and electronic consent forms.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
- Ensure data is entered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
- Follow data protection and confidentiality procedures at all times.
- Assist with the organisation and management of vaccination records.
- Identify and escape discrepancies or incomplete information where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and designated team contacts.
- Comply with all NHS and organisational policies and procedures.
- Strong data entry and keyboard skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literate with experience using IT systems.
- Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous NHS or healthcare administration experience.
- Experience working with databases or electronic records systems.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Full training on the vaccination recording system will be provided.
- Ongoing support available from experienced members of the Vaccination & Immunisation Team.
