Hermosa Beach vacation rental agency. We manage third party properties on platforms like booking and Airbnb. Up to date we manage 63 units in town.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Vacation Rental Owner based in Málaga. The Vacation Rental Owner will be responsible for managing day-to-day rental operations including guest communications, property maintenance coordination, booking management, and marketing the rental property. The role also includes ensuring a positive guest experience and addressing any issues that may arise during their stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest communications and customer service
• Skills in property maintenance coordination and booking management
• Marketing skills, including digital marketing and social media management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
