Job Title: Utility Surveyor
Location: Based within one hours drive of Oxford - national coverage with occasional overnight stays and weekend work.
Salary: £28K - £35K Depending on experience

We are representing a Leading Specialist in the sector, renowned for delivering high-accuracy subsurface mapping. This is an opportunity to move beyond basic tracing and engage with complex, high-density arrays and integrated BIM projects for high-profile UK developments.
The OpportunityJoining an elite Geophysics team, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of underground utility mapping. This role balances sophisticated field data collection with high-level office-based interpretation. You will not just be "locating"-you will be interpreting complex data sets to mitigate risk for major infrastructure projects.
Technical Essentials- Field Expertise: Proven ability to find, locate, and map utilities using EML and GPR (single antenna and high-density arrays).
- PAS 128 Compliance: A minimum of one year's professional experience delivering surveys to rigorous PAS 128 standards.
- Geospatial Tools: Proficiency in using GPS and Total Stations for data capture.
- Technical Reporting: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Geolitix, and MS Office to produce comprehensive technical drawings and survey logs.
- Compliance & Safety: Ability to contribute to site-specific RAMS and maintain a CSCS card (or equivalent) for site access.
- Mobility: A valid UK manual driving license and a willingness to travel nationwide, including occasional overnight stays.
