OPD or Scrub Nurse - Leeds

An opportunity has arisen for an ODP or scrub nurse to join a private hospital that covers a wide variety of surgical procedures. Responsibilities include: supporting in assessing patients' health and well being across a complex and changing caseload; assisting in the delivery of care to meet patient needs; actively promoting best practice; contributing to quality improvements; collecting, collating and organising data; interpreting all information and making justifiable assessments; developing a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, security and infection control; leading others in developing knowledge and practices; planning, allocating, assessing and providing feedback to team members.
