URGENT German Temporary Customer Service in Guildford

Our client, a fast growing organisation in Guildford, is seeking a Temporary German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and customer focused organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming contacts from German customers, demonstrating empathy, patience and accuracy
• Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
• Be a Brand Ambassador for the organisation, representing their values and commitment to excellent service

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent German written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
• Customer focused mindset, always striving to go above and beyond
• Prior experience in a customer service environment is preferred
• Affinity with technical product support is a plus
