Urgent Care GP & Clinical Lead

Watford UTC seeks a Clinical Lead to provide strategic and clinical leadership for the urgent care service, working with the UTC Matron and UTC Operational Lead to shape service development and front-door care.

You will drive clinical governance, review incidents, and ensure compliance with NHS England UTC standards and CQC requirements while promoting a culture of learning and patient safety.
