Urgent Care Co-ordinator - 24/7 Shifts, Flexible Hours

gtd healthcare is seeking a Care Co-ordinator on a bank basis to support urgent care services at Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley Hospital. You will register patients onto clinical systems, direct them to appropriate pathways and work within a 24/7 coordination team.

Role involves booking appointments, data entry, liaising with NHS 111 and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely patient flow. Various shifts; enhancements for out-of-hours working apply.
