Unreal Lead Programmer: Performance & Platform

Cast Iron Games is seeking a Lead Programmer with Unreal experience to drive performance, optimisation, and platform delivery. You will lead technical problem-solving, support team growth, and help ship across multiple platforms.

You'll collaborate with production, QA, art, and other engineers to profile builds, tackle bottlenecks, and ensure platform compliance. Mentoring and setting quality standards are key parts of the role.
