Unknown - Salesforce Developer

RED are currently seeking 2 Salesforce Developers (with 2-4 and 5+ years of experience) to join a long-term project based remotely.

Contract length: initially until October 2026 + extensions
Language: English; Polish is advantageous
Project scope: Implementation of financial system

Responsibilities includes:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications (Apex + LWC)
• Design scalable and secure technical solutions (depending on seniority)
• Decide on configuration vs custom development ("Clicks vs Code")
• Ensure clean code, coding standards & min. 75% unit test coverage
• Maintain and enhance integrations
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
• Mentor junior developers (senior level)

Required skills and experience

• 2-4 and 5+ years of commercial Salesforce development experience
• Strong to expert knowledge of Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Async - Batch/Queueable/Future)
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce is nice to have/not required
• Solid knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, Objects, Fields, Layouts
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations (callouts & endpoints)
• Understanding of OAuth authentication & error handling
• Strong knowledge of Governor Limits and bulkified development
