Union Organising & Member Engagement Officer

Fórsa is seeking an Assistant Industrial Officer to help build membership density and workplace representation across Ireland. You will work with workplace representatives, lay leaders, and members to identify issues that matter to workers and drive campaigns under supervision.

You will join a team led by senior officials and contribute to a healthy workplace culture, with a strong focus on professional development, flexible work arrangements, and pensions.
