Job Title: UK Sales Director - Sustainable Food Packaging

Salary: £70k to £100k per annum (depending on experience), OTE £120k

Our client is one of Germany's largest producers of sustainable food packaging, trusted by retailers and food brands. With an established UK presence generating £10 million in annual sales - and rising fast - they are now seeking a visionary UK Sales Director to spearhead the next phase of expansion.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and executing the UK sales strategy to deliver ambitious growth targets.
• Expanding market share by strengthening relationships with national retailers, food producers, and distribution partners.
• Leading and mentoring a high performing sales team as the UK presence scales.
• Acting as the face of the business in the UK, representing the brand at senior level and in industry forums.
