BJAK is building a regulatory compliance function in the UK to support market entry and ongoing operations. As Regulatory Compliance Director, you will design and enforce compliance frameworks, lead readiness with the FCA, and ensure consumer protection through robust policies and controls.

You will collaborate with product, operations, and legal teams to scale responsibly while maintaining high integrity and regulatory alignment across digital platforms and insurance-related offerings.
