UK Regional HR Lead: Strategy, Change & People

Pelsis Group is seeking an experienced HR Regional Lead - UK to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across our UK business. This is a high-visibility role partnering with senior leaders to translate people strategy into practical actions that improve organisational effectiveness, capability and performance.

You will lead the UK HR delivery, develop the regional team, and act as HR Business Partner to a global function, ensuring alignment between global priorities and local execution.
