You will manage key strategic projects that will transform our UK business, working with stakeholders across the organization to deliver initiatives from conception to successful implementation and integration into business operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing strategic projects in fast-paced environments, preferably within retail or hospitality. You should be skilled in various project management methodologies and planning techniques, capable of leading multiple stakeholders and teams efficiently, managing risks, and navigating ambiguous environments. Experience as a change agent with strong relationship-building and storytelling skills to facilitate decision-making is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Project planning, RAID management, and control
• Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and escalation processes
• Managing stakeholder communication through reports, updates, and engagement sessions
• Measuring project success, benefits realization, and budget adherence
• Financial tracking, benefits measurement, and post-implementation review
• Motivating teams to achieve project goals
• Supporting EMEA functional support as needed
• Identifying creative solutions to obstacles
• Enhancing project management capabilities across the business
• Establishing standardized processes and governance for project management
