UK Payroll Manager Compliance, Netsuite & Process Improvement

TPXimpact Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across the TPXimpact Group in the United Kingdom. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless NetSuite integration while driving process improvements.

You will manage multi-entity payroll for around 500 employees, collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and Ops, and oversee HMRC submissions, pensions, and year-end reporting.
