UK Payroll & Benefits Lead Autonomy & Impact

Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a highly respected international professional services firm to appoint a Payroll & Benefits Manager. This standalone role oversees UK payroll, pensions, commissions and employee benefits across multiple locations, delivering accurate, compliant and customer-focused service.

Reporting to HR leadership, you will own end-to-end payroll, benefits reporting, and pension administration, with autonomy and scope to influence processes and compliance.
