UK Operations Director: Growth, Governance & Change

PEXA Group in the UK is seeking an Operations Director to shape the next stage of our UK journey. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Committee, you'll lead the strategic direction and performance of operations across PEXA, Optima Legal and Amity Law.

You'll bring a strong track record in regulated financial services, build capable teams and drive a coherent operating model across multiple businesses, while maintaining discipline and commercial momentum.
