UK Operational Resilience & Outsourcing Lead - Product Risk

Wise is seeking a senior leader to own the Operational Resilience and Outsourcing framework for its UK entities. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Risk, and Operations to keep services resilient and third-party dependencies well governed, aligning with regulatory expectations.

You'll drive ORSA, document controls, manage regulatory reporting, and build scalable governance for third-party lifecycle management across Wise's UK operations.
