UK Office Property Strategy Lead

BT Group is seeking a Senior Manager, UK Office Strategy to lead the property lifecycle for the UK office estate, aligning with business needs and colleague requirements. You will be the bridge between the business and Property, shaping where to invest, consolidate or exit locations across a 40,000-seat estate.

You will manage a team, partner with senior leaders across BT, and leverage workplace data to drive occupancy decisions and value.
