UK MLRO & FinCrime Compliance Leader

Xace Ltd. is seeking a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to own and continuously improve the financial crime framework for its FCA-authorised entity. You will lead AML/CTF, sanctions, and monitoring workflows, with hands-on work inside Sumsub and direct interaction with the FCA and regulators.

You will design detection rules, oversee case management, and build MI for senior leadership. Strong regulatory knowledge and a track record in regulated payments are essential.
