UK MedTech MD Growth Leader + Car Allowance

Winback Group, partnering with Mind Partners, is seeking a Managing Director UK&I based in Ascot to lead strategic and commercial growth in the UK. You will drive the UK P&L, manage a 12-person team across sales, marketing and support, and build strong partnerships with clinics, hospitals and distributors.

You will report to the group CEO and ensure activities align with global strategy while complying with UK regulations.
