UK In-House Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts & Compliance

Hayati , the UK-based flagship brand of PAX, seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to be the sole in-house legal professional in the UK. The role is hands-on, independent and spans commercial contracts, compliance, corporate matters and advisory work across the business.

You will work closely with senior management, drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory issues, and establishing practical legal processes.
